My kids needed dental attention and I started asking around as to who was the best pediatric orthodontist in the city? Only one name surfaced and that was “Dr Noeen Arshad”. Apparently pretty much every child who has had some sort of dental treatment has been to Dr. Noeen. So I decided to try him out too for my kids. Both needed braces and my son the older of the two got his first and he now after a treatment of around two years plus has a fantastic set of teeth and a beautiful smile. The same treatment has followed with my daughter and she is currently under treatment. The kids love Dr. Noeen not only because of his gentle hand and nature but also because he is more of a friend than a “Dentist” who children have nightmares about. I know since I still have them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Noeen for over a decade and have nothing but the highest praise for him. He is an artist and a master of his chosen profession. He and his staff deeply care for each patient on all levels, not just their teeth. The time and attention given is remarkable in this day and age. When I was in Pakistan, I lived quite far away from his clinic but I gladly traveled an hour each way to get such care. Now, After moving to Belgium, I can safely say that Dr. Noeen's clinical standards match the standards here in the west but the care and attention given by him and his staff are irreplaceable.

Our family has had a very good experience with Dr. Noeen. Both my son and myself have completed orthodontic treatment with Dr. Noeen and are very satisfied with the results. Being from out of town, we always found Dr. Noeen and his staff very accommodating and willing to be flexible to meet our needs. It is obvious that Dr. Noeen is not only a highly qualified professional but he also has a very good way with children. He makes them feel comfortable and relaxed with him and explains what he is going to be doing to them. Our son was never afraid to visit Dr. Noeen's office. The office itself is very pleasant - clean, modern and nicely decorated, with a comfortable waiting room, complete with magazines to browse. I would highly recommend Dr. Noeen.
